Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Cardra account and its data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access.
1 From the Profile tab
- Open Cardra and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period. Your account is removed from our authentication system right away, and all the data tied to it is deleted as described below.
2 Request deletion by email
Email us from the address on your Cardra account and we will delete it for you. We typically complete deletion requests within 1–2 business days.

- Deleted Your profile (username, display name)
- Kept, anonymized Feedback you submitted, with your identity removed
- Kept, anonymized Aggregate scan diagnostics, with your identity removed
Anonymized records can no longer be linked back to you — they retain no email, name, or account identifier. We keep them only as de-identified counts that help us improve scanning. Everything that personally identifies you is permanently erased.
